This Privacy Policy explains how Eneqor AG ("Eneqor", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit eneqor.com (the "Website") or interact with our forms and calculators.
1. Who we are
Eneqor AG, Chamerstrasse 172, 6300 Zug, Schweiz, is the data controller responsible for your personal data. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at admin@eneqor.com.
2. What data we collect
We collect only the following data:
- Contact form / "Get in Touch" modal — your name, email address, company name (optional), and any message you submit. These fields are sent to us via the Website's form handler so we can reply to your inquiry.
- Technical data — your IP address, browser type, device, and pages visited may be logged by our hosting provider (Webflow) for security, performance, and to prevent abuse.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
3. Why we use your data (legal basis)
- To respond to your inquiry and provide requested information — based on your consent and our legitimate interest in pre-contractual communication.
- To improve the Website and prevent abuse — based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure service.
- To comply with legal obligations where applicable.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making, profiling, or targeted advertising.
4. How long we keep data
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months after our last communication, unless a longer period is required by law.
5. Who we share data with
We use trusted service providers to operate the Website:
- Webflow, Inc. (hosting and form handling) — servers may be located outside your country, including the United States, under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).
- Email service providers used to receive and reply to your inquiry.
- Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) — see section 6.
- Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA (appointment booking on the contact page). The calendar loads only after you click "Book a call"; only then are data (IP address, browser information, the appointment details you enter) transmitted to Calendly. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (arranging an appointment at your request). Calendly is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Privacy policy: https://calendly.com/privacy.
- Usercentrics A/S (Cookiebot consent management, Denmark) — stores your cookie consent choice; see section 6.
We do not sell or rent your personal data.
6. Cookies and analytics
The Website sets only strictly necessary cookies required for form submission and basic functionality (set by Webflow and by Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection). You can disable cookies in your browser settings; form submissions may then not work.
For audience measurement we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, loaded through Google Tag Manager. Google Analytics is configured in Consent Mode: as long as you have not given consent, no cookies are set and no identifiers are stored; Google only receives anonymised, non-personal signals (for example that a page was viewed) from which aggregated statistics are modelled. IP addresses are truncated before storage. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in analysing how the Website is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Transfers to the United States cannot be excluded; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More information: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Your consent is obtained through the cookie banner operated by Cookiebot (Usercentrics A/S, Havnegade 39, 1058 Copenhagen, Denmark), which records your choice together with a consent ID and timestamp. Analytics cookies are set only after your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings icon at the bottom left of every page.
7. Your rights
Under applicable data protection laws (including the GDPR where it applies), you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- request correction or deletion;
- object to or restrict processing;
- withdraw consent at any time;
- lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise these rights, email admin@eneqor.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No system, however, is 100% secure — submit personal data at your own discretion.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the most recent version. Material changes will be highlighted on the Website.
